The 6 Best Mario Badescu Products

The first word that comes to mind when I think of the Mario Badescu brand is “cult”. As in cult following.

It amazes me how affordable this entire skincare line is, especially considering the rave reviews found literally all over the internet. That said, I’d like to show you some of the best Mario Badescu products, including a little tip from me to you at the end *winks*.

Is Mario Badescu Cruelty Free?

Yes! Mario Badescu is cruelty free. In fact, every product they make is absolutely cruelty free. They do not test any of their skincare or individual ingredients on animals at any point in processing. Nor do they allow third-party companies to test their products on animals.

Mario Badescu manufactures in the United States with all ingredients sourced from suppliers that are also cruelty free. Their procedures are so strict that they refuse to sell in areas where animal testing is required by local law. Wow! What an amazing company.

The 6 Best Mario Badescu Products

The Super Collagen Mask is actually one of Mario Badescu’s first formulas. It’s a tried and true favorite of their New York City salon’s Aestheticians. Created to give dry and dull complections a lift it is also fabulous for combination and sensitive skin types.

A true classic, it’s enriched with Collagen and formulated with soothing Kaolin clay, this mask works to help reduce the look of fine lines to reveal smoother, more youthful-looking skin.

Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater: $7

This spray puts the “c” in cult-favorite, seriously – go look for some Mario Badescu product reviews. I find it to be very refreshing, while it doesn’t last long – it’s enjoyable while it lasts.

Whether spritzed for a hydrating boost or mid-day “pick-me-up”, our cult-favorite facial spray helps revive skin anytime. It contains herbal and botanical extracts (like Aloe Vera, Gardenia, Rose, Bladderwrack and Thyme) which help soothe and re-energize skin – giving it a healthy, dewy glow.

Buffering Lotion: $19

A lightweight, quick-absorbing lotion that is specifically designed to target large, under-the-surface bumps, I’ll take two! It’s specially formulated for troubled skin, Mario Badescu Buffering Lotion works overnight to help reduce the appearance of existing bumps.

Literally everyone can try this out, it’s suitable for any skin. Soothing ingredients like Allantoin and Niacinamide, and Zinc Oxide help re-balance skin and improve the look of troubled areas to give you clearer skin texture.

Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile and Lavender: $7

Yes, another spray – but it’s awesome. Don’t just take my word for it, check out the Mario Badescu skin care reviews around the web. Or maybe its 2018 Allure “Best of Beauty” Award will convince you.

It’s infused with Lavender Oil and calming botanicals to replenish skin. This facial mist delivers a soothing boost of hydration as antioxidant Vitamin C that has been said to combat skin-aging free radicals – leaving the skin balanced and bright. When I’ve used it, my skin was hydrated and it felt “de-stressed”.

Drying Lotion: $17

Another heavy-hitter, this is the original, award-winning on-the-spot solution. Known for its ability to help dry up surface blemishes overnight, their iconic Drying Lotion continues to be a best-selling favorite amongst professionals worldwide.

I found it to be a fast-acting and effective spot treatment. It contains Calamine, Salicylic Acid, Sulfur, and Zinc Oxide to help draw impurities from the skin and diminish pimples while you sleep.

Seaweed Night Cream: $22

Okay, okay, okay – I’m super excited to share this one with you. My little tip that I promised earlier. There are many Mario Badescu reviews out there but this one will actually save you some serious money. How? Well, there are many articles out there stating this cream has similar ingredients as those in the VERY expensive Crème de la Mer.

Yes. I’m serious. I’ll let you calm down for a moment… haha.

This lightweight, oil-free formula will have you waking up with a radiant, silky-smooth complexion, not greasy looking skin. Combination, oil, and even sensitive types can benefit from this one.

Filled with mineral-rich Bladderwrack Extract is a powerhouse moisture-binding ingredient effectively hydrates the skin without the use of pore-clogging oils. Collagen and Elastin help enhance skin’s tone and texture. Although not every ingredient is the same – the seaweed is, and at this price – why not give it a try and let me know how you feel?
